Ben heads up the firm’s team of specialist agribusiness advisors who work with a mix of agribusiness clients, financiers, corporate and family-owned industry participants and other rural industry operators – such as stock agents and sales yard operators. Ben is a thought leader in business advisory and solutions for the rural industry. His expertise is directly related to his unique industry experience, which includes his role as lead advisor to assist multiple clients in the beef cattle industry to complete sale transactions, acquisitions and joint venture deals. Ben has managed all facets of multi-million dollar transactions from planning through to execution.
He also works closely with the corporate sector – his experience includes guiding clients undergoing IPO. Ben has also undertaken business reviews and asset realisation assignments. Across his diverse client base, he provides his clients with strategic, commercial advice that they can rely on.

Andrew McNeil is founder of Yarmouth Group Holdings and has over 30 years of diversified financial services and capital markets experience across real estate investment, corporate and structured finance and private equity. Over his career he has advised on debt and equity transactions totaling over $300 million. Prior to joining Bentleys, Andrew held senior management positions with ASX-listed Mariner Securities, ASX-listed Mariner American Property Income REIT and with William Buck Securities. Andrew is a Fellow of both the Governance Institute of Australia and the Chartered Governance Institute and a Senior Fellow and Director of Finsia. He is Responsible Manager and ASIC designated Key Person of Bentleys’ AFSL.
Priya has more than 27 years’ experience in the financial and professional services sector, with deep expertise across fund administration, operations, fund accounting, operational compliance, unit registry, investor reporting, and financial reporting.
She has held senior roles with leading trustee and fund administration firms, including MSC Group in Melbourne and White Outsourcing (now Link Fund Services) in Sydney. She also has extensive experience in open ended equities funds in Australia. Priya has also worked within a large private equity fund manager focused on agricultural assets, giving her strong exposure to complex asset structures and institutional investor requirements.
In addition to her extensive commercial funds experience, Priya has more recently worked with social impact funds, further broadening her perspective across purpose‑driven investment models. Priya’s core strength lies in her practical, hands‑on insight into the operating realities of early‑stage and growing fund ventures. Priya is well versed in the anti-money laundering and CTF regulations and has successfully led software implementations in relation to investor registry functions. Her experience spans both technical and operational domains, and she is highly valued for her ability to build long‑term client relationships while delivering consistent, reliable, and commercially grounded support.
Priya is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand and holds a Bachelor of Business from Massey University in New Zealand.
Stav has over 16 years’ diversified experience in the financial services industry, spanning trustee and AFSL services, funds management, residential and commercial lending, AML/CTF, risk management, and investment risk and compliance. He has worked across both private and publicly listed financial institutions, including Westpac, where he led process improvement initiatives and managed complex financial and regulatory risk matters relating to anti-money laundering, tax evasion, shell entities, and terrorism financing. Stav has extensive experience overseeing managed investment schemes, supporting responsible entity and trustee functions, and advising investment managers on governance, compliance frameworks, and regulatory obligations under the Corporations Act.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Applied Finance from the University of South Australia.
Callum is an investment analyst at Rawlings Bolton with experience spanning private equity, corporate finance, residential and commercial lending, and retail banking. Since joining the firm, Callum has been actively involved in capital raising activities, the launch and ongoing management of a private equity fund, including comprehensive investment due diligence for target assets, and aided with bespoke advisory solutions for valuation and financial modelling engagements.
Prior to Rawlings Bolton, Callum worked as an Operations Manager at a Brisbane-based mortgage broking firm, where he oversaw staff development, company processes, and client interactions.
He also gained early experience in investment analysis at Far East Gold (ASX: FEG), where he was assisted in their seed capital raising and listing on the ASX.
Callum holds a Bachelor of Advanced Finance and Economics with First Class Honours from the University of Queensland. He is a CFA Level III candidate, having successfully completed both Level I and Level II of the CFA Program.
