As a Business Advisory Partner in Brisbane, Heath has national and international consulting, middle-market, institutional advisory and corporate finance experience. His skills include business model development, strategic planning, organisational capacity development, financial analysis, structuring, going global, value creation, and benefit realisation.

Heath is responsible for advising high growth clients, private family enterprise, multinational corporations, government, banks, churches, and healthcare institutions. Through this role, Heath advises several boards of multi-billion dollar organisations, chairs a number of advisory councils and family councils, and works with high growth business owners around their scale up and commercialisation activities.

Heath has specialist experience in industry sectors including health and aged care, family-owned businesses, government, community organisations, agribusiness, biotechnology, and manufacturing. He has worked closely with businesses at all levels – from start-up ventures to large public sector entities. He looks after clients both locally and internationally. He has also been a key strategic lead to business owners, boards and councils, undertaking multi-million dollar projects and funding initiatives.

Ben Cameron

Ben is a respected, connected industry expert.  As a trusted advisor and business confidant, he works with highly successful ASX listed entities, businesses and family groups across multiple sectors, including farming operations (operating in the beef (including feed lotting), grain, horticulture, cotton and other primary production industries), family business, corporate organisations, property companies, the finance sector, manufacturers and professional services.

Ben heads up the firm’s team of specialist agribusiness advisors who work with a mix of agribusiness clients, financiers, corporate and family-owned industry participants and other rural industry operators – such as stock agents and sales yard operators. Ben is a thought leader in business advisory and solutions for the rural industry. His expertise is directly related to his unique industry experience, which includes his role as lead advisor to assist multiple clients in the beef cattle industry to complete sale transactions, acquisitions and joint venture deals. Ben has managed all facets of multi-million dollar transactions from planning through to execution.

He also works closely with the corporate sector – his experience includes guiding clients undergoing IPO. Ben has also undertaken business reviews and asset realisation assignments. Across his diverse client base, he provides his clients with strategic, commercial advice that they can rely on.

Ben holds a number of non-executive Director appointments and committee positions for a range of organisations – including being a member of Investment Committees.

Andrew Keily

Andrew is Business Services Partner with a diverse group of clients, including start-ups and entrepreneurs, high growth businesses, manufacturing enterprises, property developers and high net wealth individuals. Andrew’s expertise spans from mentoring businesses to help them grow and explore new opportunities, to offering know-how to clients looking for retirement planning advice. 

Andrew has a depth of experience across tax, advisory and accounting matters. His background working with both established and new start-up businesses means that he understands the spectrum of issues relevant to structuring and business growth. For example, he is a key advisor and mentor to clients who span diverse business models within their own portfolio. Andrew helps these clients to remain agile and sustainable and provides business acumen and financial expertise to assist them to meet their objectives. 

Andrew is also part of a strong and proactive network of professional advisors in the finance, legal and business sector who regularly collaborate to deliver holistic solutions to clients. His high net wealth client base has equipped him with specialist skills in the administration of self-managed superannuation funds with significant investment portfolios, diverse asset classes, instalment warrants and exempt pension components. 

Andrew McNeil

Andrew McNeil is founder of Yarmouth Group Holdings and has over 30 years of diversified financial services and capital markets experience across real estate investment, corporate and structured finance and private equity. Over his career he has advised on debt and equity transactions totaling over $300 million. Prior to joining Bentleys, Andrew held senior management positions with ASX-listed Mariner Securities, ASX-listed Mariner American Property Income REIT and with William Buck Securities. Andrew is a Fellow of both the Governance Institute of Australia and the Chartered Governance Institute and a Senior Fellow and Director of Finsia. He is Responsible Manager and ASIC designated Key Person of Bentleys’ AFSL.

Priya Sharma

Priya has over 23 years’ experience across in the financial and professional services sector. Her core skills are in the areas of fund administration & operations, fund accounting, operational fund compliance, unit registry & investor reporting, financial reporting and external audit. She has held senior positions in a range of firms including MSC Group, a trustee and fund administration business based in Melbourne and White Outsourcing (acquired by Link Fund Services) in Sydney. Priya has also worked for a private equity fund manager with a focus on Agri assets and takes great pride in building lasting relationships with clients. Priya is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand and holds a Bachelor of Business from Massey University in New Zealand.

Stav Sotiriou

Stav has over 12 years’ diversified experience in the financial services industry across residential & commercial lending, AML/CTF, risk management and investment risk and compliance. He has worked for several private and public financial institutions including Westpac where he drove process improvement and managed financial and regulatory risk relating to money laundering, tax evasion, shell companies and terrorism financing. Stav holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Applied Finance from the University of South
Australia.

Callum Walker

Callum is a recent graduate and has just recently joined Rawlings Bolton. Callum has experience working within residential and commercial lending services, retail banking and corporate finance. While studying Callum worked as an operations manager at a Brisbane based mortgage broking firm, overseeing the development of staff and company processes in addition to client interactions. Prior to this Callum was an investment analyst at Far East Gold (ASX:FEG), where his main responsibilities were the preparation of proposal documents for investors to aid the raising of seed capital. Callum is a graduate of the University of Queensland completing a Bachelor of Advanced Finance and Economics with First Class Honours.

Petar Soldo

Experienced professional with a demonstrated history of delivery in analytics, research, and marketing across various industries.  

Key strengths are sales and business development, creative problem-solving, people management and growth, data analytics, research, negotiation skills, leadership ability, marketing, and strategy development.

Renavie Martin

She is driven and detailed oriented accountant with over 5 years of experience in Australian accounting. She previously worked for various Australian accounting firms doing preparation of financial statements,Business Activity Statements, and Tax returns for Individuals,Self-Managed Super Funds,Private and Public Ancillary Funds, Companies and Trusts. She also previously worked as a Group Accountant of an Australian company essentially responsible for providing accurate, timely and relevant reporting and management information to ensure that the management meets statuary requirements and achieve strategic business goal. Renavie holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and is a Certified Public Accountant in the Philippines.
